Operations Manager & Executive Assistant

Responsible for delivering client’s first experience with Dolphin, Donna also manages our overall office organization, and handles communications with Dolphin’s valued Subcontractors, including Subcontract administration, insurance oversight, and Accounts Payable.  Donna provides Executive support to Christopher Ibsen and coordinates IT support for the Dolphin Team.

Affectionately known as “The General” within Dolphin, Donna served in the fast-paced Executive Offices of several, large corporations in the Charleston area prior to joining Dolphin.  A native of North Carolina, Donna has called the Lowcountry home for more than 20 years.  Outside of Dolphin, Donna is an active volunteer overseeing vital funding and project execution for Trident United Way.
