Jonathan Marshall, LRB

Vice President of Construction

Jonathan started in construction at an early age, working as a laborer in the USX Tower in downtown Pittsburgh. He worked his way up through the trades, which provides him with a unique, hands-on perspective for managing custom homebuilding projects.  He was taught that problems simply represent new opportunities, and he embraces that philosophy throughout the design/build process.

Jonathan studied construction at California University of Pennsylvania which placed great emphasis on problem solving, structural components, and drafting/design.  After college, Jonathan was drawn to the beaches of Charleston, where he has managed concrete, framing, siding, and interior trim crews.  During his 15 years in the Lowcountry, Jonathan has built homes throughout the greater Charleston market.  His knowledge across multiple fields of construction makes him an integral and trusted member of Dolphin’s design team, as he helps guide our design/build process with each customer’s budget and project goals in mind.
